Off-Line News Reader Windows App for Win8/WinRT

I'd like to be able to read full articles from a set of RSS News feeds that I control while traveling on the train to work. I want the articles to have been pre-loaded and pre-processed for me while the tablet is at home on my Wi-Fi. I'd like to create the best offline reading experience and for that I hope to be able to rely on services such as InstaPaper or Readibility. Here are the features I'd like to get
